With School Datebooks, there is no need to “fight” for anything. We’re upfront about our philosophy and your rights as a customer.

This is our Customer Service Philosophy

We will deliver the best customer service you have ever received. (Look out Zappos!)

We believe our customers have the right to:

  1. Have a customer service and sales team that works together – proactively providing the best service so the customer is pleased with the final product.
  2. Receive personal attention; they will talk with a dedicated customer service representative and dedicated sales representative for their account and WILL NOT be transferred to a call center. Customers will work with a representative familiar with their account and receive one-on-one attention throughout the process.
  3. Work with an efficient customer service and sales team who keep the customer on track to help meet all deadlines throughout the process.
  4. Work with someone who will help answer any questions promptly and professionally.
  5. Work with knowledgeable representatives that understand what is needed to produce a quality product. Customers have the right to work with highly trained, educated representatives that understand all School Datebooks products and options.
  6. Work with a reliable School Datebooks representative, who promptly returns calls and emails, correctly processes orders and information, helping the customer receive a quality product on time.
  7. Work with representatives who will propose solutions to questions and offer a variety of options to help meet a customer’s datebook needs.
